First Class Shipping -  £5.50

Shipping to Europe - £12.50

Rest of the world - £15.50

We use signed for delivery on all of our shipping methods.

Personalisation

Processing time for personalised goods and our bespoke range is 2-3 weeks. However we will always aim to complete your order and ship it sooner,

We can not accept returns on personalised products.

As all of our products are lovingly handmade to order, and are produced to your specification, they can not be cancelled or returned once purchased, due to the fact that they have been ceated specifically for you and can not be resold by us.  

Please double-check your order to ensure that all the details are correct. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you have supplied is correct, and is correctly spelt as it will be copied word for word.
